Search queries: The destinations, dates, and guest counts you search for. This helps us understand popular destinations and improve our deal recommendations.

Click tracking: When you click a “Book Now” or “View Deal” link, we record which hotel and destination you clicked. This is necessary for affiliate attribution.

Email addresses: If you subscribe to our deal alerts, we store your email and destination preferences.

Chat messages: If you use our chat assistant or WhatsApp bot, your messages are processed to find hotel results. Chat history is stored temporarily in memory and is not permanently saved.

How We Use Your Data

Affiliate attribution: We use click tracking data to earn commissions from hotel bookings made through our links. This does not affect the price you pay.

Site improvement: Search analytics help us understand which destinations are popular so we can feature better deals.

Deal notifications: If you subscribe, we send you daily or weekly emails with hotel deals matching your preferences.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Prime Hotel Deals:

LiteAPI (liteapi.travel) — Provides hotel inventory, pricing, and booking capabilities. When you search or book, your search parameters are sent to LiteAPI.

Anthropic (anthropic.com) — Powers our AI chat assistant. Your chat messages are processed by Claude to understand hotel search requests.

Meta / WhatsApp — If you use our WhatsApp bot, your messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

Supabase (supabase.com) — Hosts our database for analytics, deals, and subscriber data.

Vercel (vercel.com) — Hosts our website.

SendGrid (sendgrid.com) — Sends our deal notification emails.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your cookie consent preference. If you accept cookies, we may also use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can decline cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit.

Data Retention

Search analytics and click tracking data are retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Chat history is stored in temporary memory only and is cleared when the chat session ends or the server restarts.

Your Rights

Access: You can request a copy of any data we hold about you.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Unsubscribe: Every deal email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to stop receiving emails.

Opt out of tracking: Decline cookies through the consent banner to disable analytics tracking.
